Just after I wrote the review, their customer service chat window opened up, and we resolved the issue with some adapters for the terminals. I would rather have had the right batteries without the hassle, but as a practical matter, the adapters will resolve the issue.
So, cheers to their customer service people, and boos to their packers and shippers.

Placed a simple order for 8 rechargeable batteries, and they sent the wrong ones.
They also lost my account info (when I try to log into my account, it says my e-mail address is not on file). So, rather than starting this process today online, I have to call and speak to a person on Monday when they are open.
We'll see how the rest of the return process goes, but I have to now do the following:
** Call them during business hours get get an invoice to include in the return.
** Get their approval for a return.
** Package the wrong batteries up and send them back.
** Do without my equipment for another week until they receive the results of their screw-up, and send the correct order."
