"DO NOT BUY from these guys!!! You'll be sorry... They sell an inferior product that supposedly comes with a one year warranty that they will not honor. First they told me that the reason the batteries failed after one months use and then a few months of non-use is because they were left to discharge (whiteout me saying so). And then when I told them they were left in the scooter with the smart charger on, they said the batteries should not have been left fully charged. They war willing to give me a 10$ discount (LOL) but I wouldn't buy nothing from these rip-offs again.

UPDATE:
In response to the rebuttal from battery sharks.com, I DID write the email address you mentioned. But what I was immediately told was that I did not properly maintain the batteries. The worst part of that is that I didn't even say how I maintained the batteries before the battery sharks rep told me I did not maintain them properly. They just assumed. I bought these batteries as a direct replacement for the original CSB brand batteries for my scooter which lasted for over 7 years with the exact same maintenance that I used for the inferior batteries from batterysharks.com. AND the old 7 year old batteries, which I've already recycled, were not even as bad as the battery sharks.com batteries were after 6 months. POOR PRODUCT."
