"STAY FAR AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY........they did not send me the one tool that is needed to open my Zune as they advertised. When I e-mailed them about the problem they said that they were not able to buy that tool but that they supplied me with an alternative screw driver. I used it accoring to their instructions and it stripped the screw heads.
I was able to buy the proper tool on the net......however, I don't know if it will work now becuse of the stripped screw heads. Batteryship says they had no obligation to ship me the correct tool!! DUH!!

"Not very good. They didnt ship the battery model that was on my form, and then that battery wasnt correct. I had a rough time dealing with customer service, and took over an hour to get the situation resolved, using online chat.
I had to pay for return shipping for a mistake that wasn't mine. I will be looking for another provider of cellphone batteries in the future.

and the FIRST entry on that list is a entry for a battery for :

Further down this same page, you ALSo list another entry for a G2 phone:
HTC T-Mobile G2 Battery Replacement. (battery condition: NEW) 3.7 volts
1350 mAh, Lithium Ion PartNo: 35H00140-00M
One is named 'Google G2' the other 'T-Mobile G2', but I assumed they
were the same phone. Also, the
battery you shipped me had the part number labled: 35H0019-00M, not
119-00M, but when I searched for that part no on your site, I couldnt find
it. So maybe this battery was just mis-labeled as you said. Or when I ordered a battery this time, I got unlucky, and chose the
wrong one, or both of those models will fit my phone, and you just shipped me a different battery entirely.
I dont know what the issue is, but I ordered a battery from your website
that matched 'G2 phone' and what you shipped me was the wrong item.
I also found the process of having to sit on web-chat with you for over an
hour
while we tried to work out the issue very tedious and time-consuming, and
just wished I had a phone number where I could have called someone, I felt
the process would have gone much quicker. I would pay an extra $5/battery
to get that kind of increased service.
