"I received the battery and tools as expeted, but without instructions that were appropriate for my Garmin. I attempted to follow on-line instructions from comparable Garmin GPS's but they didn't work. I contacted Batteryship the next day and they pointed me to a Video which demonstrated the replacement procedure. I performed it as instructed. The Video on the GPS isn't functioning now although the audio beeps (indicating that there is power to the electronics). I believe that not providing the instructions with the unit to start with caused me to damage internal circuitry which now has left me with a good battery and a defective GPS. I'm not satisfied with the entire process."
