"Used their on line system to identify the battery for my GPS. Unfortunately the battery shipped was not correct. I submitted a request for help and got a call the next day. The representative was very nice and figured out what happened. I got the correct battery a couple of days later and and RMA number to ship the wrong one back. Over all they came through in the end!"
