I escalated and paid only duty & tax but the driver refused to hand me the package and was rude. There's no communication between UPS departments! Spent hours on phone, 8 calls!"

"I know it was due to my own ignorance, but I had never worked with Anderson power connectors before; I only ordered the housing portion of the connectors. After receiving the connectors and not understanding how the wire connection was made, my careful examination of the BatterySpace site--Anderson connector area--now revealed the need for the receptacle contact portion of the connector. I put together an order for the few receptacle contacts I needed at 0.75 each only to find a charge of $12 for shipping! I was already annoyed that the site didn't manage to call my attention to the fact that I also needed receptacle contacts so, instead, I ordered some COMPLETE connectors from Amazon."
