12/18/2011 i purchased a battery and paid the invoice through paypal. the battery has not been recieved.

six days after i payed for the battery battery space called demanding an additional $15.00 for shipping.

this dispute is ongoing but without paypal my my options would be limited. in hopes of resolving this dispute i may have to make`a claim against battery space.

this transaction will be long remembered as one where customer satifaction was held in such distain.
