"I ordered a laptop battery on 12/2/2011. It is their best one for that model and has two year warranty. It started having a problem two months later - not charging until it completely runs out of the battery. I started to contact them right away. Their support is terrible, and nonexisting. I tried so many ways to contact their support and could not get through. Finally, I was able to talk to a live person handling return in 9/6/2012. I told them that I only need to talk to a support technician. I was told that they don't have any tech support people to talk to the customers. I have to send in the problem battery for them to test it first, and then they will exchange it for me. But this is not working for me because I need a battery for my everyday work even though it is not working properly. Basically this policy makes the exchange impossible for me."
