"I ordered a laptop battery and was told that it was delivered to my house - which it was not. I was home and at no time was the item delivered.

Upon contacting the company, I was told to speak to my neighbours before they would even begin to assist me. I assured them no one had received my package and was told that they would contact UPS to track the package and respond within 10 business days. Although this is an absolutely unacceptable time frame to wait for an update, I did so and received no communication.

In response, I initiated contact with the company again on 2 separate occasions and was told that the tracking was in progress. It has now been almost a month and there has been no update. I am extremely disappointed in their appalling customer service. I wouldn't recommend that anyone use this company. In fact, I'd rather pay a little extra and shop elsewhere, because at least I'd receive what I paid for.
