"The laptop battery arrived quickly. Unfortunately, even though I bought one of the more expensive varieties, it was faulty. It didn't hold a decent charge, and the unlock tab would not unhinge the battery from my laptop. I was afraid the thing was going to damage my laptop while trying to remove it. Then, the ridiculously cheaply built unlock tab broke while I was trying to get the defective battery out of my laptop. I finally got it out with the help of a small screw driver.
To make it all worse, I had a horrible time trying to get an RMA going. They asked me to send pictures of the broken tab, which I did. This whole ordeal has taken up so much time, it is amazing. I am now going through the PayPal Resolution process. BattDepot does not seem interested in giving me a full refund. (I have sent the battery back, and UPS tracking says they received it last week).

In response to BattDepot's response: Don't lie. The product was faulty before it left China. You didn't issue a shipping label until I filed a PayPal dispute. And you never offered me a full refund. I had to escalate the PayPal dispute to a claim. Ultimately, PayPal ruled in my favor. You're a dishonest, poorly run excuse of a company. Buyer beware."

"I went on line and ordered a new power cord for my laptop. I chose the delivery that would take 3 - 7 business days. Twenty-three hours later the cord arrived and I couldn't have been more satisfied!! The price was right and the service was outstanding. Thank you BattDepot!

First they sent me the wrong battery, I returned it filled out the paper work, got a receipt, then they misplaced the battery and now they are telling me that there is no proof that it was the wrong battery or that I returned any battery. They simply will not take responsibility for their poor paper tracking and questioning if I even returned it despite my receipt. "

"It has been a very bad experience. The battery is defective and I now have to send the battery back and pay for shipping. If they send me a new battery I will need to pay for a third shipping charge. In the end the shipping charges will cost about the same as a battery.
