"Truly some of the worst customer service I have seen next to Shaw Cable and Telus. Original battery was incorrect, was difficult to send back, had to pay shipping to get it sent back. Unable to reach anyone by telephone for replacement or RMA questions on many different attempts, minimal replies to e-mail and little human interaction with poor english and communication skills resulting in a very poor overall customer experience. Companies such as yours do not last with out any concern for customer service, your only care is volume and low pricing and that will fall short long term with little customer loyalty... good luck, you will need it as I will never buy from you again
