"Ordered a battery for a Canon Elura 100 Camcorder. First time using the new battery it may have held a charge for a minute or so. Now it can't even power on for a second. I contacted them about returning it and requested an RMA #. Conveniently the email came to me many days later which pushed it beyond the 30 day money back timeframe. It was only $15 so I decided not to fight with them and pay my own shipping to return it. Hopefully I have learned a lesson here and will look for a more reputable company in the future. Sometimes it doesn't pay to be a cheapo."
