I recieved the wrong item and the return procedure would cost me more money when the mistake was on the battdepot. this return run around forced me to keep the unusable product and shop elsewere. I am out the cost of item and shipping. I can't recommend battdepot because of this. I sent all the information and more that was required to ensure the right item would be shipped. I could have sent the item back with no charge, (simply write return to sender on the box) but the return policy states that I have to pay for the shipping....no way...it's not my mistake."

"Bought a charger for my iBook last year. It failed. My option to send it back and go through paper work as well as have original invoice was a joke. I needed the part again without delay. It was ordered and shipped before my email regarding the failure was addressed. I will not deal with this company again despite them being close to home and good prices. A good price means nothing when item fails in less than one year. The original power supply still works after more than 4 years. The battdepot part didn't make it a year and it doesn't look like they will be refunding my money without wasting my time looking for original invoice and shipping back garbage in the mail. It's obviously cheaper to just order it again and pay these clowns. Again. I state I WILL NOT EVER PURCHASE FROM THIS COMPANY AGAIN EVEN THOUGH THEY ARE WITHIN 50 miles. A joke. Garbage parts and ignorant warranty are the reason

"Great. It was easy to find the product and order the product. The one thing that caused me to hesitate with the order was the pricing on shipping. I found the options strange. I find it hard to believe that Standard shipping for a cell phone battery is more expensive than 1-3 business days express. That being said, the price for express shipped to my house was almost the same as another site that offered free shipping, so in the end I can't really say that it doesn't work.
All in all, I'd recommend them to my friends."
