"Sorry, wrong BattDepot. There is one in Canada that I am trying to complain about. If you are from the same company, please see my review on BattDepot.ca below:

"BattDepot has the worst and the most unacceptable level of customer services when it comes to warranty its defected products. I wouldn't buy from them again.

I ordered a laptop battery from them and it works for 3 weeks only. I emailed the seller twice for an exchange but not no response. I called and left a few voice mails but nobody got back to me. When I finally talked to them, they were rude and hanged up on me a few times. I went to visit their office but the address of Suite#1202, 103-8580 Cambie Road, Richmond BC listed in their website is just a mailbox. There is no such suite # as 1202.

When I asked the legal name of BattDepot, they refused to tell me.

Their warranty page states that "Customers may request for a refund or a one-to-one exchange with us within (30) days from date of invoice". My order was within 30 days but they made me to follow a warranty policy that is for after 30 days.

This is not how a business should treat its customers!

"The battery from Battdepot wouldn't take a charge after only 4 months. I had to pay over $10 to ship it back and the new battery does the same thing. At this point I just want a refund, but Batt Depot says no refunds after 30 days although the warranty is good for 2 years for my model. They offered to pay return shipping to test the batter and made me resubmit all RMA information, and yet 6 days later have not issued a shipping label. Instead they asked for the RMA information again (3rd time!!) I know they hope that I'll just give up and go away. Very disappointed. Also, I noted the battery is not HP branded although my original battery was. I would not use them again. Return process took several weeks. They are in Canada, not in US, which delays everything further.

My response: RMA information was resubmitted per our conversation on March 14th. I got an email after several days requesting the order number which was on the submitted RMA form, but I sent you the order number again anyway. After no response from you, I resubmitted the RMA again March 20th. (yesterday). Please don't post falsehoods on the feed back site. You absolutely have been emailed the requested RMA form TWICE."

I was browsing the net on where to buy a notebook adapter since my boyfriend's was fried and I found a few websites but yours was my choice because it was very direct. Everything was very easy to understand and looked reliable..and I was right. Not forgetting, it's cheaper than buying from shops outside too.
