"Hi I am very satisfied with overall experience with batt depot. Everyone I communicated with was very good. I did end up returning the adapter, but that is because my laptop was damaged (I didn't realize that until I had ordered the adapter). I got notice from pay pal that refund has been recieved from batt depot to my credit card.

I will definitely go to batt depot in the future and will let other people know about batt depot as well.
