"Very pleasantly surprised .Delivery was very swift and to my door .What a score not only did I receive the battery that I wanted but two for less than the price of one they asked me for and could not get me for after six weeks of trying and NIKON saying they did not make this battery any more. Congrats to BattDepot for pulling not one but two white Rabbits out of the hat .

"I run a small repair shop in Victoria B.C. called Siguy's Computer Services. I've been using BattdDepot since the get go. I'm very satisfied with their selection of quality products and prompt responses to any questions I've had in the past. Having the different series of batteries with long warranties is a strong selling point to customers which goes a long way in building and maintaining clients.

"I have been ripped off, told they did not receive my retuen and been given the run around for over a month about crediting my account. They have my money and my battery! And are telling me they don't have it!!!!
Thank God I tracked it!!!! Now , paypal and my credit card company will deal with them.

"Very Disappointed. The product was defective, so I returned for replacement the same day. They prefered to give me refund, but they deducted $5.So now I told them give me another one instead of refund. Let`s see whats there response now.
You never told all these technical things earlier,you made up your mind for refunding, because you was getting your profit in 15% restocking, & five dollers shipping which I picked up myself.
You gained you profit what I got ? I lost my money, Came twice to your warehouse to pickup and return. That is not the way to deal with a custmer
By the way I have seen all the Adapters giving .5 V extra, because when you put load it comes to actual Voltage. I can show you more adapters working like this.
Right now I am not willing to discuss these items to wast your & my time.The adapters I got was taking more time to charge the battery and heating up more
than my other adapter, which I didn`t expected from this adapter. Don`t just justify that particular piece.
So please just give me another piece & finish this discussion for ever.
