"After purchasing a Battery which was the wrong Battery (Order 48B8DCA6ECA2 (Shipped Jan 5th 2012), and returning it to you at my cost for refund and in the interim buying the correct battery from you plus other batteries, I just received my Refund and it was NOT a FULL refund. I returned the battery as required unused in pristine condition. I purchased and paid for the correct Battery from you (the below reference order 31F...) under the assumption that you would NOT be taking a cut/fee from my initial purchase refund. If I simply returned my product without an additional purchase, I can understand you taking applying a fee to my refund but with how I proceeded, I cannot accept this and am extremely disappointed that you would do this. This is not the way to conduct your business and expect to get repeat business. There was absolutely no cost to you to restock the wrong battery I returned at my cost.
