"Do NOT order with BattDepot. I am leary to order from online sources, and this just confirms my hesitancy. I ordered the product that their website said would be my replacement battery. When I got it it he mail, it did not fit my laptop. I contacted them and they instructed me to send 4 photos, which I did...exactly as asked. I did not hear back for 3 1/2 days and have yet to hear any correspondence in regards to my photos. I e-mailed again, and even called. Now, they want me to pay shipping when THEY sent a bad product and are continuing to give me a run around. Unimpressive at this point in time. Shop elsewhere."
