"Just over a year ago, I needed a laptop battery recplaced. I dealt with the store I purchased it from (a big chain store]. They told me I would have to order one through them. I was told it would take 8 to 10 business days for the battery to arrive and then they said they would ship it to me free of charge. Three weeks later, no bettery. I called and asked them about the battery and it was discovered that the order was never put through. A week and a half later my battery arrived. I vowed I would never deal with the store for future batteries.

The one improvement I would suggest is the pickup time. It says you can only pick up between 10am-2pm and 5pm-6pm which sucks for someone who wants to come before 5pm. With that being said, I was able to pick up at 3:30pm with no issues - I just showed up! That was great but maybe revise the pickup times on the form?"
