"Right now, Battdepot.com is batting zero for two for me.
The battery that was shipped to me would not accept a charge. I had to send it back AT MY EXPENSE for testing. I have yet to see if I get a new battery.
Tonight the AC adapter/charger I purchased failed. It tests zero volts DC. I've had it a week. RMA for a refund has been requested.
I thought their website looked good and that's why I went with them. Maybe I just had bad luck and got two duds. In either case, I've spent 86 bucks and have nothing. In fairness to Battdepot, they have not yet acted on either RMA. However, I feel that replacements should be sent out via overnight FedEx at company expense. I cannot be waiting a week or two for replacement parts. I will keep this site posted as to whether or not they honor the warranty. If they do, I will be relieved but still annoyed that both parts sent to me failed..one never worked, one worked for a week."
