"Poor. The product didnt work and support advised that it is probably not compatible with my notebook yet it is advertised as a direct replacement. The return/refund process is poor. After providing support the information I have to wait to fill out an RMA form to request and RMA number. The form has noe of the order information sand the space to input the information is too small for the data such as the order number. once the form is faxed or emailed back I have to wait for an evaluation of the problem before an RMA # is provided when this has alread beenm completed with support. then after I get the RMA number I can send the product back for evaluation and await the refund. Support should have been able to simply provide an RMA form completed with and RMA # after the problem was identified and saved multiple steps."
