"Prices are great and the batteries are of excellent quality. In all my dealings with this company, I've only had one bad power supply and they shipped a replacement the same day I called them. Most other companies want the defective item returned before they send the replacement. The shipping was incredible. I live across the country in Nova Scotia and the battery was delivered overnight and I didn't even pay for the premium shipping rate although I can't see how they could have bested overnight. For batteries and power supply, BattDepot remains my #1 choice."

"I was extremely satisfied with my experience with BattDepot. Of course when ordering, one must be very careful in ordering the correct part. In my case it took some advice from the Tech Supervisor at Staples for understanding what kind of tip my charger needed (I had to look at the back of my laptop to get the proper Pavillion no. which was dv6700) and then chose between the A-Tip or T-Tip (mine was a T-Tip). It is also helpful to know the specs. on watts and amps for input and output which is on the old charger. The battery for this laptop was a matter of looking at the old battery by taking it out and reading all of the info and ordering same. Everything is up and working although the charger plug is a bit loose and needs to be monitored so that it doesn`t drain the battery. It was all worth it for the quality and even more worth it for the service and the price!
