Unfortunately, there never seems to be anyone available on any of their phone's department options. I've tried many times, at different times on different days.

Their online ordering is a quick and easy process, and delivery was excellent. But, I do not agree with a Pick-up cost.

The return process is too cumbersome, and not worth the expense or time to return a defective laptop power adapter.

Over all, I've depended on them twice, and probably will again - pending on price and shipping costs."

"Horrible experience. The charger I received did not work at all. The company authorized a credit, but it cost me as much in postage (the original postage that they do not refund plus the insured return postage that is required by the company)as the refund that was issued. I expect that if the return is a result of a defective product, the company should either send a replacement item (at their cost) or refund me the return postage. Customer service was not flexible. I will b=never use the company again."
