Your site was easy to navigate. I was very pleased to discover the area where the serial number for my laptop was listed. When I clicked on it, the Batt for my laptop appeared. Of course, that was the one I bought, not the cheaper ones. I was comnfident that I was getting the best item for my needs.
I might suggest that you make that portion more noticeable, higher on the page so users are directed to it promptly, so they find the Batt for their specific laptop easily.
The Batt arrived promptly. It was couriered to me efficiently and satisfactorily.
I just did a longevity test on it. After 3 1/4 hours it still has 14% of it's life remaining. Pretty good!! Quite reasonable and satisfactory for a replacement battery.
It installed easily.
My only observation is that it has a bulge so the lap top no longer sits flat. In my case that doesn't matter. Others may find this annoying.

"As a Canadian travelling in the US, I ordered a replacement battery for my Toshiba laptop from the Cdn site so I could pay in CDN dollars but had it shipped to us in the US. The service was very good.
The battery itself is however a little disappointing. We got the more expensive Green Series LTS204-GS and are disappointed to only get about 70 minutes of battery life on a fully charged battery while doing simple email, web browsing. "
