However, one rather strange coincidence. I have seldom shopped on line or used a credit card for an online purchase. The day after purchasing the battery I received an email saying that my credit card account had been compromised and that the password had been reset and I needed to visit the credit card site to confirm my identity and set a new password. Since the transaction with BattDepot was supposedly secure, I have to conclude that the BattDepot server has been compromised and someone is able to obtain personal information and attempt to scam BattDepot customers. May I suggest that BattDepot conduct a thorough forensic analysis of their system."
