"The issue I had with ordering was that I ordered on a Sunday night with my order being placed on Monday morning with the expectation of receiving the product by Wenesday which would have been the overnight service I choose at the cost that was listed. I received a call Monday night that the shipping would be more and delivery would be 2 days instead of 1 as listed on the website. I require the product no later than Wednesday night which I found out later was not possible."

"Just days after the one year anniversary of my purchase, the adapted CAUGHT ON FIRE. I contacted BattDepot and offered to rush deliver the adapter so they can make sure similar adapters won't do the same and injure other consumers. BattDepot refused to accept the product. Then, BattDepot refused to offer me a replacement, suggesting they are not bound by warranty and trade laws of the United States, but only of Canada. I explained their product may pose a risk to other consumers, and they did not care. BattDepot has an "F" rating with the Better Business Bureau. Their products are dangerous, and you should not buy them! "
