"I live in Florida in the winter, but I am a Canadian citizen. When i ordered this item from Florida, the order form had no provision for me to input my Canadian billing address. I could input my mailing address but the order form only offered US billing addresses. The only way I could order was to indicate that I was ordering from Canada and giving my mailing address as a US address. It turned out to be quite cumbersome but in the long run, my order was completed."
