I requested 3-7 day delivery. I received package overnight. This is good, but glad I didn't pay extra for overnight or express delivery. Because of this, I'm not sure of the shipping options and costs available on the website. "

"My niece was needing a new power cord for her lap top and since I was unable to repair her existing one I decided to see what I could find on line since she was quoted $80.00 at a retail store. I typed in the model number of the power cord into google.ca and your website was the first to come up. The exact cord that I was looking for was offered on your web site for $15.99 CAD plus shipping. Shipping cost came to $12.00 from BC to ON via UPS ground. The web site said allow 5-7 working days for delivery. I checked with my niece and she gave me the go ahead to order it. I placed the order at approximately 9:30am on Tuesday 8/30. I received a confirmation of shipping from UPS at 5:30pm on 8/30 that it was on route. I received delivery of the package the next morning before 10:00am (8/31). Can't expect any quicker service than this.
