"My experience with BattDepot was excellent. I needed a replacement adapter for my laptop but was shocked by the prices at local stores and Dell's website. I searched online and found BattDepot's website. The prices were great, and I was happy they had a local pickup option because I needed the part in a hurry. Warehouse was easy to find and excellent service from the warehouse staff.

The part caused sparks whenever I plugged it in but it worked, so I didn't try to return it. Eventually it stopped working. I found I was not able to return it because it was more than 30 days."
