"We received the batteries quite fast but they do not keep a charge.
I even made sure that for the first few times they were completely discharged prior to charging them completely but that didn't make any difference because if I don't have a plugin around, within less than a couple of hours I'm out of battery life. It's just as bad as my battery I replaced.

"I was shipped a laptop battery that never worked. I contacted BattDepot for an RMA and shipped the battery back to them on December 1. It is now December 19, and they have FINALLY sent me a status update. They are going to ship my battery back to me fully charged. I'll update this review when I get my battery back.
