"My daughter's charger was broken. She gave me the serial number and its power over the phone to me. I ordered a charger and paid for priority post because she needed it the next day to complete a paper. The end did not fit her computer and I notified batterydepot. They sent me a form so I could return the charger and I would have to pay the postage which cost more than the charger. I did not return it. I went to a local store and paid about twice the cost because we needed it right away. Part of this is my fault, I suppose because I ordered it without seeing or measuring the plug. "

The batteries arrived in excellent condition having been packed very well with lots of foam padding. I have only charged the camera battery and it is working well, the laptop battery is a christmas gift but the built in meter indicates a 60% charge at the moment. All in all it was a pleasant shopping experience the quality of the product looks very good."
