"Initially my experience with finding my product, ordering online and navigating through the website was very good. But, I have yet to receive my battery! I ordered it 7 days ago. The tracking # tells me that it will be delivered tomorrow. I didn't expect it to take so long. Particularly since my neighbour ordered a battery on Tuesday afternoon last week and it arrived by UPS on Wednesday morning!! Not sure I'd order from BattDepot again based on that.
