"I should say I havd a nightmare with the purchase from BattDepot. They told me the battery was shipped from Richmond on Nov 26, 2012, but I have not received. I called BattDepot by phone and left message and phone number, but no one called back. I sent a fax to them but I got no response from nobody. I sent them email, still there was no reply. When I check with the courier Canada Post on Dec3, 2012, I was told that the battery was returned to the sender on Nov 28, 2012. BattDepot sucks. "
