I was going to order the basic battery, but on review, decided to order your environmentaly freindly. higher power battery for longer battery life per charge duration and increased rercharge life. However, I have not been overly impressed with the duration of battery life per charge. I was expecting at least 4 hours of use per charge, because my original battery with less watt hours lasted at least that initially. Yet this one only goes for about three hours per charge, and runs down quickly when it hits about 30% capacity - not much better than the original that I am replacing. I emailed your company two weeks ago, but have yet to receive a response. Starting to question my decision to purchase you product, especially to pay more and receive less - any thoughts? (I beleive the battery comes with a three year warranty.) Your reply and assistance is requested."

"They started out well, took my money quickly, and shipped the original order very quickly at excellent cost. Unfortunately they are less than satisfactory with returns customer service. I had to return half the order as non functional, and then they denied receiving it, when Canada Post tracking clearly showed it had been delivered. Then I had to contact them twice to find out if they were satisfied that the product was non functional, and when I could expect my exchange. Then although the RMA clearly showed I wished an exchange product, they emailed me to ask if I wanted a refund or an exchange, so they must not read the RMAs. Finally, they are sending an exchange for the product, but the shipping of the exchange is nowhere as speedy nor the same method as the original order, and will just about finish their 30 day refund or exchange policy by the time I receive it. I will find another source next time I need these products. From reading reviews on this company "after the fact" of my experience, it appears that the problems begin if a product does not work upon receipt. Perhaps slapping the techsupport persons would get things moving for you battdepot.

UPDATE: After dealing with another company for a battery, I do have to admit that you guys might not be so bad. I am upping your rating, and may return to do business with you."
