"Battdepot has the worst customer service I have ever experienced. They product I received was factory defective and required me to follow their shady return policy. Let me just say that if you make the first mistake by ordering something from them, I would pray it is working and correct. If not, You are in for a horrible experience. Their return policy is like this.........A RMA form will have to be completed and approved,must be shipped back within three days, must use USPS carrier with no way to track it, they have the right to test and review product and it is up to them if it is defective or not. Here is the kicker...the only form of communication is by e-mail! I know what your thinking.......well they give a phone number to call! Yes, but my experience is you will get a recording to leave a message. Guess what? They will not return your call. I left them six messages and still have not talked to a real person. They quit responding to my emails too. I shipped my return last week with delivery confirmation. To date USPS can not tell me if the package was delivered, I have not been able to make contact with anyone from Battdepot to confirm it was received. I paid for a product I no longer have and payed for shipping twice. This is a crime! I can only hope you will learn from this experience. I guess my next step is to contact the Better Business Bureau to see if the can help."
