But I purchased a premium battery for a laptop 3 year warranty. and it was dead in the 1st week !.
RMA process is overly complicated and you only have 3 days to return the products or RMA is cancled. Purphaser has to pay shipping. I made this purchase for work, given the hassel I'm tempted to purchase my next battery from cdw.ca, geniun part, will be more expensive but returning defect parts will be simpler. I can't wait to see how the replacement battery will do."
