"Excellent service ..it was delivered the next day from Richmond BC and I live outside Ottawa .The only problem is the delivery was scheduled for the following day by UPS . The problem is if you are not at home when UPS makes their delivery you DO NOT get a second chance at getting it.The package goes to a pick up depot which for me is a 3/4 hour to 1 hour drive away ..with the price of gas at 1.30/L this makes the price of the battery plus an unused delivery charge (the battery would not be delivered to my door) cost prohibitive .It wa sby luck that I was home to receive the delivery .I would of made arrangements for the SCHEDULED delivery which was to be for the following day .
If I wa snot at home then it would of been a very costly and time consuming feat to get the package from the UPS pick up .
I suggest that you abandon UPS and use another carrier . I NEVER USE UPS as a carrier ..and a lot of people are sick of their one day policy to the point that if they know ahead of time that a company is making their delivery by UPS they abandon making the order to avoid the hassle .I would of been happy to have had it delivered by regular Canada Post .
That was what I thought the lowest shipping charge involved .
