Since it was a replacement, I expected a 3-prong plug like the original. Instead it was only a 2-prong. Still works but no protection if there's a short in the circuit."

First time customer.
I picked the over night method to Alberta just before the long weekend and they delivered with a live tracking to show a progress report via UPS. I bought a top off the line laptop battery from them with the help of their cross reference charts and it works perfectly. Much better than the original battery for performance.
So yes I am a happy customer with only kudos's for BattDepot.ca
