"The delivery was swift, I received a battery that fit my phone in record time and with no hassle. The price was right. The problem I have is with the battery itself...after charging it as directed it WILL NOT HOLD A CHARGE! I am very disappointed that after everything else went well the product itself is not satisfactory in the least. Not sure I would bother ordering from this site again."

"I had asked for the overnight delivery, but the customer service dept. contacted me to let me know that the overnught delivery wasn't available for the item I bought. I would have preferred to know at the time of the purchase instead of a few days later.
But otherwise, they delivered the item. Still didn't have the chance to test it on my computer."
