"The ordering process was farily straight forward. I opted to pickup the battery rather than having it shipped. Battery was ready for pickup the morning following the night I placed the order. I would have rated "BattDepot's product Shipping Process overall" Excellent if there hadn't been a $5 charge to pick up the product."

"The battery was sent by UPS. UPS lost the tracking of the package, so the shipment was delayed with 2 days.
I got a defective battery and even there was no any product number or manufacturer name on it. It was written only that "Made in China".
I have informed BattDepot that they sent a defective battery. Together with the shipment cost I paid $30.50 and practically got nothing.
They requested me to send back the defective battery together with a filled RMA form. So they expected to spend additional $15 for returning the fake battery to them. I have refused it, because it's nonsense. I asked them to send a replacement battery on their own cost and if they want I can send back their defective battery on their own cost also. I have not got any answer since that.
So I suggest everybody to forget this swindler company.

In the morning of September 14 the UPS tracking details informed me that my parcel would arrive till September 14, 12pm. I was waiting for the parcel at home, but it has not arrived. I have contacted the UPS and I was informed that the parcel was not scanned somewhere, so they do not know where my parcel is. Finally I got my parcel on Monday, September 17. So the shipment was delayed.
I am not crazy to pay shipment cost twice and even pay the return cost of the fake battery! Also this company ask 15% restocking fee!
This battery was never tested! It's flawed product!
