Received a battery that is supposed to be compatible with the name brand battery that I am using in my camera.
The battery does not match the dimensions of the original battery. The BattDepot battery is both wider and thinner.
The extra width prevents me from inserting it in my camera although it says on it that it is a replacement for the NB-6L original equipment battery.
I called the phone number provided on the invoice delivered with the battery and left a message as requested but no one has returned my call 3 days later."
