"I ordered a battery for my laptop computer that is seven years old and you had the right one. Not only that, the price was half of what I was expecting to pay. It was shipped from BC to Ontario. I receive it one and a half business day after I ordered it. Now that is service. Way to go BattDepot"

"I was very pleased with the initial purchase experience. I wasn't sure which battery I needed so I called for help. The gentleman who took my call was very helpful. Not sure what went wrong with delivery but UPS claimed they didn't have my complete address and when they called no one answered the phone. I do have call answer, but they didn't leave a message. I discovered all this through their tracking system and called right away. All of this caused a delay in delivery of several days. Not sure who was at fault but I know I provided my full address with my order."
