"I just received my battery order, Order Number: 201165 which I chose to be shipped using UPS.
Their exceptional service and quality of product were as I had expected, both top rate.
As well value for $ paid is in my opinion beyond expetations.
There is one small problem which could cause me to never to purchase product from their online store again.
I was given the option to choose UPS to ship my order for $17.00 and did so. When the package was delivered to my door it came with an additional charge of over $40.00.
UPS is ripping off your Canadian customers to the tune of over $40.00 for what they call Brokerage fees with each and every order. This is not right and I was warned of this UPS tactic by a neighbor who was also ripped off in this same way but her warning came too late to save me.
Good job guys but it's too bad that a big company like UPS has chosen to use you to rip off your customers."
