"I had to search the clinique counter to get the mascara I was looking for. I asked if someone could get down a blouse to try on. Three ladies sitting behind the counter. Only 1 was checking a customer out . They just ignored me. When I brought it to their attention - they just had a blank stare on their faces. No apology...nothing. Very Very poor customer service."

"There were signs advertising a select percentage off of clothing sets in little girl department. When went to register price did not reflect the sign posted. Sales associate then had to verify the price because apparently they dont know what is even put up in their own store. Took 3 associates to even ring me up because they didn't know how to ring up the percentage off the clothing sets. Staff seemed grumpy because they had to give me price of what was reflected on their signs, like I was cheating the system or something Then one associate said they price was going to be the same regardless, which i thought was rude customer service. Such a shame to have a nice place to shop but rude employees."

"While I love the prices, sales, and coupons offered by Stage, the Sales Associates in this store are never friendly. They never greet me when I enter or offer help. I never am checked on while I shop. Luckily, I like saving money more than I care about getting help (I normally shop alone anyway). Otherwise, Bealls would not be a place I’d frequent due to the lack of Sales Associate enthusiasm."
