"Not an experience that would make me want to return. No greeting upon entering and no one ever offered to help even though we spent about 40 minutes in the shoe department. We could hear the employees at a near by register discussing and grumbling about work schedules and tasks. The shoes were in disarray and jumbled. The sign said Buy one get one half off, excludes clearance. I found two pairs (although neither was what I had in mind - but I was out of town and needed a pair of dressy black shoes). When they rang up, the employee said they didn’t qualify for the sale because one ended with an 8. However, the sign only said clearance excluded. When I asked about it, she just repeated that she couldn’t give the half off. If I had not needed the pair of shoes, I would have left without buying anything. So I bought one pair. Question 37 does not have enough answer options. I have not bought from that store or its website but I had to choose one of them. Thus, invalid survey responses."

"You sent me a $10 off a purchase of $10 or more. I could not use the coupon because the item I bought was not a doorbuster item I asked what a doorbuster item was and what I could purchase with this coupon and the sales clerk told me she didn't know. I asked another clerk and she told me the same thing. Do not mail out coupons you cannot use."

"The selection of clothing was amazing!! I ended up purchasing many things for myself even though I went in only needing some tights, lol. The only issue was the bathroom needed to be tended to. One stall had no toilet tissue and the seat was a mess. Other then that it was a great shopping experience."

"Your store are NOT handicapped friendly and are too crowded to move thru easily. There are no benches for older people to sit down on and no one helps you find specific items, plus the employees don't know what you're talking about if you tell them you want to get coupons thru the mail and don't have internet access. I often feel very intimadated when I go into the store. Plus, my one online experience of ordering and trying to return an item was horrible. I had to go to 3 different stores to return an item."
