"Went for a pre-Black Friday sale. Not as terrible as I anticipated. Only real complaint was wait time in line. To be expected. Except that after standing in line for more than 10 minutes an associate at a side register (makeup maybe?) started ringing up people that had randomly walked up and asked to be checked out. I’m all for opening an additional register when busy, but as a customer service supervisor myself, I would NEVER allow people who had been patiently waiting in line to be passed over by those who wanted to bypass waiting."
