"Overall visit to the store was good. they do not greet you and i believe there was only one person working cause i seen no one else and only one register open. they were not busy so it wasn't a problem, just an observation."

After I payed for my purchase she didn’t say “Thank You” & when I asked for name she said it was Sarah & the receipt says the name Margaret! I explained to her that I had worked retail for many years & CustomerService was very important! She was the most unprofessional person I have ever encountered at the Bealls store!!"

"Terrible today. The coupon worked online for the exact same item but not in store!! I even showed the associate my shopping bag online and she said “I don’t know” didn’t offer any help. She should of got manager. I should of requested manager. This is my 3rd purchase in 2 days and now I’m tempted to take it all back once I get my online purchase in!!! PLUS there was a bat in the store on the men’s clothing side! Terrible experience & environment."
