"I love the store and the coupons. I was dissatisfied today only because I tried to cancel a mail order that had been made 5 minutes before. The reason I wanted to cancel was because shipping charge ate up all my coupon savings. I misunderstood. I thought if item was shipped to the store there was no shipping charge. Was dissatisfied with this and management tried to cancel my order and couldn't. I found another pair in the store that I preferred but did not get them cause I have to wait until order comes in to cancel. In summary not happy about having to pay shipping charge if item is is shipped to to the store"
