"Store associates greet all customers as they come in. Associates make themselves available, then give you the space and time you need to shop. They do not hover over you; they are usually busy stocking or checking out customers. When they are walking by, they look customers in the eye and acknowledge them and offer their assistance if customers need them. They conduct small talk, but not overly talkative; they act with respect and professionalism."
