"The store was in disarray they. were having clearance sales things were real messy shoe boxes were on the floor and the clothes weren't in order by size and stuffed on the racks making it difficult to look at them I finally gave up cause I couldn't find my size usually this store is well organized. The sales lady was trying to leave so she called another one over to take her place and waited longer to check me out than it would have been if she would have done it herself. The people are never friendly in this store there are never enough clerks that you don't have to wait. She also left one of the thief tags on a pair of pants and now I have to return them to get it removed before I can wear them. And be treated like I am the one who did something wrong!"

"I have always been able to find what I am looking for.I like Rebecca Malone Jeans with elastic waste, but they are hard to find. Some of the dresses. skirts and tops are too young looking for older people. We all cannot wear low tops or sleeveless so we are left out sometime...."

"I have not used my Beall's card in quite some time because I understood there was a small fee to do so. Decided to use it again to see if that was still in force. Clerk had to verify identity which I did not mind, but then she had to call some other office and give them info. I was standing with people to my left looking at jewelry and people to my right waiting in line and I had to tell this person on the phone my income!! I almost handed the phone back and told the clerk I would ask her to void the sale and then redo it with my Discover card. I certainly did not tell her the truth, and I probably won't use my Beall's card again. Also, this survey was way, way too long."
